I finally passed the 40 pound weight loss mark (42 pounds to be exact) and what did I do to celebrate?? I’ve been doing some late night snacking!??!?! WTF?? I’m hoping after this week, that I’ve finally broken the BAD habit but ughhhh. The pros to this, I enjoyed every chocolatey morsel of goodness. The cons… I’m pretty sure I may have gained back at least 5 pounds this week.
I’ve definitely been embracing the “Tomorrow is a NEW day” motto this whole week so I don’t get too down on myself. I mean everyone has slip ups, right?? And I am human after all.
